All orders placed by 3:00 pm EST are shipped the same day (subject to stock availability). Due to size or weight, some items may require extra time for delivery and additional freight charge(s). Special and custom orders may take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery.

International Shipping

International Shipping Powered by Bongo International Checkout

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.

At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

6.75% sales tax will be applied, no sales taxes for orders delivered outside the state of North Carolina

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We are committed to ensuring your total satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. The items must be returned in, new unused and resalable condition and in its original packaging.

 

Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense and may be subject to a restocking fee. If Patients Medical Supplies made an error in shipping your order, or your product is defective, the return shipping cost will be refunded.

 

To return items you should call 1 800-216-0618 or 910-610-3878 to obtain a Return Authorization or RA number (and/or special instructions), you will be required to write this number on your return receipt. This RA number will be valid for 10 business days and no return should be made without it.

 

Special orders, sterile items and products that are made unsalable once opened are not returnable. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced based on the manufacturer's policy. Due to manufacturer's return policies, titanium wheelchairs and other custom equipment may be returned to Patients Medical Supplies for repairs only, no refunds or exchanges can be made at anytime.

 

Please note if you paid with a credit card, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase once the product has been received.

For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors-in advertisements. Patients Medical Supplies will not be responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at anytime without notice. Foot rests or leg rests are not included with wheelchairs unless specified
